Shipping policy

  • All mail will be Free Non-tracked shipping, if you want tracked please select tracked shipping. 
  • Free Shipping Domestic (usa) Shipping $60 & over and International orders $75 and over! 

Domestic orders (usa)

  • USPS First Class Package Mail (USPS tracking, 1-2 weeks)

International orders

  •  Standard shipping (pirateship (fedex/usps) tracking, 3-6 weeks)
  •  USPS first class package mail (USPS tracking, 3-4 weeks)

Important Note:

  • Please see usps for information on current international shipping suspensions/disruptions.
  • You will be responsible for any custom duties and VAT.
  • I encourage international folks to make group orders to save on shipping costs (domestic too but especially international since it can get pricey if your order is under $75) ♡

Mailers:

  • Subscription Orders will be sent in a 5x7 envelope.
  • Sticker Orders will be sent in A6 Envelopes w/ cardchip paper to prevent damage.
  • Clothing & Totes will be sent in Poly Mailers.

Processing Time:

  • Please allow 5-7 Business days to process your order, I will try my best to ship as soon as possible since ohaisandy is a one woman show!

Refund & Exchanges:

  • Paper goods such as stickers and/or art prints are not eligible for refund or returns. 

Please contact me directly within 24 hours of receiving your order (via email or Instagram: @ohaisandy) if there are any issues with your package.

FAQ:

  • Missing Packages: Once I drop off your package to USPS, it is no longer in my control. Please work with USPS by providing them with your tracking number. Deliveries usually take about 5-7 business days to get to you (domestic). If you haven't received your order, please contact me as soon as possible so we can try to figure something out. 
  • Missing/Extra Items in Package: Please contact me once you receive your order and I will get the missing items replaced for you. No need to return the extra items.
  • Commissions: If you're interested in commissioning me, please feel free to email me at ohaisandy.info@gmail.com
  • Tattoo Ticket: I'm truly honored that you want my art permanently on your body. I'd love for you to let me know and work with a skilled tattooist to capture all the cuteness. I'd appreciate tips if you do decide to get my work tatted (venmo: sandy_louey). Please send photos!
